➜ RESPONSIBILITIES
Reception and coordination of groups and tournaments
• Provide a personalized welcome to groups upon their arrival.
• Present services and the program to clients.
• Coordinate with tournament managers to ensure the smooth running of events.
• Ensure accurate monitoring of reservations and specific customer needs.
Reservation management and customer follow-up
• Update and manage reservation information.
• Identify and anticipate specific customer needs.
• Communicate effectively with internal teams to ensure a smooth and seamless experience.
Updating information and competitive intelligence
• Keep the campsite and golf course information sheets up to date (services, timetables, regulations, special offers).
• Ensure the distribution of updated files to customers and internal teams.
• Carry out competitive monitoring and suggest improvements to optimize the services offered.
Coordination and internal communication
• Transmit key information to the various teams (leisure, catering, golf, reception, etc.).
• Ensure good cohesion between teams for efficient execution of services.
• Participate in coordination meetings to adjust operations as needed.
Logistics and event preparation
• Organize and prepare spaces reserved for groups and events.
• Check the conformity of the installations and ensure their proper functioning before the arrival of customers.
• Plan schedules and manage unforeseen events in real time.
Monitoring and improving customer experience
• Ensure constant follow-up with clients during their event.
• Respond quickly to requests and resolve any issues.
• Collect feedback to improve the organization of future events.
Preparation of newsletters
• Write and structure the content of newsletters in collaboration with the marketing team.
• Design an attractive format suitable for distribution.
➜ REQUIRED PROFILE
• Experience in event coordination, customer service or reservation management.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and work under pressure.
• Knowledge of the golf and tourism industry, an asset.
• Mastery of IT tools and reservation management platforms.
